Beware of this attorney. Martha will string you along court date after date. Uses sneaky tactics and will go to any length to gain the upper hand. Beware Go somewhere else. Integrity means nothing here.

When I was in need of child custody legal advice I searched hours online looking and calling to obtain help but no one was as nice, knowledgable, and years of experiance like the offices of Martha M Avila. With that said I hired Martha M Avila and she helped me step by step answering all of my questions via phone and email at any time. The turn around of my case was a success and I owe it to Martha who was there for me in and out of court. Martha has an office manager, Hilda such a nice and professional lady who also answered all of my questions never missing a beat making them such a great team to work with. No one wants to go to court but if needed I HIGHLY recommend the law offices of Martha M Avila.

Martha Avila has been my attorney for a long and strenuous 5 year custody battle. Shes always had great communication with me, showed up to every court date on time, and her front desk clerk Hilda is also so wonderful, Ive never been left hanging since becoming a client of hers. You hope to never need an attorney facing a custody battle or separation but rest assured, shell be very straightforward with you about all the legal proceedings, even though they can feel extremely stressful. It was always a comfort having her in my corner. The one star review on her profile is not her client. B. Armenta is a disgruntled opposing party (my ex). I hope no one is deterred by that false review. Martha has been such a great help to me these past 5 years and always made sure Me and my son we were always well-represented in court. Shes professional and respected. Every judge we ever had in the Downtown Los Angeles superior court always addressed her with high esteem.
