Dr. Sona Asatryan, DDS - Top-Rated Cosmetic and Family Dentist

This review is way overdue. DR SONA IS THE BEST , i moved from the area 2 years ago, but I'm still driving across the town for my favorite dentist. She is meticulous, fast,friendly, and painless.Her work proven to last for years to come and i recived compliments  for her work from other dentists .Also love her Hygenist who has best manners and lightest touch.

DISASTROUS! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. SHE IS A FRAUD. I have went to this dentist for about 2 years because she was in my insurance list and was near me. I have gotten multiple filling from her and ALL OF THEM came out so i had to redo all of them all within the 2 years. In one of the visit in 2021, she opened my nerve for my molar teeth while she was redoing the filling that fell out, which left my tooth DEAD. Then she tried to TELL ME to pay for the root canal and the crown. After arguing with her, she paid for my root canal and when i came back for the crown, she only did the filling for conserving the tooth. fast forward today, the same tooth and filling broke off again so i went to the different dentist and I HAD TO PAY FOR THE CROWN. HERE IS THE KICKER, THIS DOCTOR CHARED FOR CROWN AND BUILDUP-ONLAY WHEN SHE NEVER DID THEM SO MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER FOR THE FIRST CROWN I EVER DID (insurance only convers once every 5 years). i have called her to give me a call back and never received anything and i looked up what this means, and it is clear that she has committed the FRAUD. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST UNLESS YOU WANT A SIMPLE PROCEDURE DONE WRONG EVERY TIME AND BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU DIDN'T DO TO RUIN YOUR FUTURE VISITS. good luck doctor trying to recover from this.

This review is like 4years late, lol. But, I still wanted to review because she did such a great job. She was very patient with me and I will probably go see her again very soon.

Doctor Sona and her staff are wonderful and they have been treating my teeth with so much care for many years now. They are professional, fast, clean and always recommend the right treatments that are best suited for me. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I climber be happier. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

Below average service at best. They've called to reschedule my appointment last minute then I get there in the day they rescheduled me to and the door is locked and no one is answering the phone. They all show up several minutes later ;  "they went out to lunch". The cleaning itself was fine. I asked about X-rays and an exam since it had been a year since my last one , I was told by the dentist that "since I've had no work done I'm probably fine and we can just do it next time". Overall I just felt like no one really cared and I was being rushed in and out. Cleaning was done with in 10 minutes. Felt I was not given the standard care of preventive yearly exam that my insurance covers. Just because I have no pain does not mean I don't need to be examined. That is literally the whole point of these preventive visits. There will not be a next time for me. Will be finding a different dentist.
