Getting a referral for my son has been a pain in the butt. I've called so many times and even showed up and NOTHING. I checked online and they say they're open and every time I go there door is always locked. After ringing the bell numerous times no one is available. I guess this place is no longer in business

My concern for the health and safety of others compels this review. My dental plan makes me choose from a list of providers. I chose this place because it had the least bad ratings among my choices (a 3) but based on my experience, it should have been a -1...First if all, it is a sole practice (only one dentist). Here we go:As my appt. is about to commence, I saw the dentist cough into his hands. He proceeded to pick up some gloves. I mentioned to him that I just saw him cough into his hands and would he wash his hands first (which I should not even have had to ask!). His reply was sarcastic, "Well, I'm putting on gloves". Really? That was his reply? He was touching, putting on gloves with the same nasty hands that he'd just coughed into wanting to use the same in my mouth! What's the point of gloves if they're still nasty and covered with your germs/disease passing on to me? I then noticed that there were no sinks (so that I could see hum actually wash). He, sarcastically again says, "What. Do you want to go into the bathroom with me to watch". What kind of response was that, professional or otherwise? I'm not trusting of this guy at this point and as I'm in the chair he approaches with his examining tool to put in my mouth and I'm a bit distrustful at this point about his cleanliness/hygiene protocols. Without me saying anything, he saw my eyes looking at the tool as it approached my mouth and maybe because they were old and scratched up looking, I wasn't trustful that they were properly sanitized (based in his prior attitude). He had the nerve to act insulted and started to criticize me for looking at the tool as it approached my mouth! Really?!!! I should have left at that point. To make matters worse, he tells me to schedule a next appointment for 3 weeks forward and he prescribed some type of mouth/gums rinse to use for those 3 weeks (to strengthen my gums or something). I filled the prescription and used the product and now my once pearly whites are a brownish gray! Prior to this man, I used to get compliments on how white my teeth were and asked if I'd had them professionally whitened! Well, I sure won't be asked that anymore. I wish there was even some legal action I could take. I've switched dentists of course and my new appt. is upcoming. I just hope they're good and can undo the damage this first guy caused. I'll bring the left over product with me to show the new dentist in hopes they can fix me back up. In conclusion, if you want a dentist who is disrespectful, dismissive, and doesn't care about standard sanitation/hygiene protocols, go here. Otherwise I suggest: RUN.
