I am not one to usually write a review, but my experiences with this dental office are incredibly subpar, and I want to help prevent others from going through what I have.
The staff here needs to be properly trained on the standard policies and procedures of a professional dental environment. There were times when I came to the office because they hadn't communicated about why I didn't need to go in. After all, the issue was already resolved, or more accurately, they forgot to complete or follow up on an order.
I had two root canals and crowns done by them. One that they put on came off in less than a week, and it took them over three weeks to get my permanent replacement because they forgot to order or follow up on it until I called them to ask what was going on.
The other crown I have is faulty. It doesnt have a proper seal because it smells like rot. Im currently looking for another dentist.
I also have a chipped front tooth that I have had patch more than three times and never stuck.
All of these experiences (there are more that I am not bothering to write here) have encouraged me to share my opinion here because this dental practice causes you more problems, and the worst part is that they make you pay for them not only with your money but your time and your health.
To the dentists here, please improve your practice instead of doing below-acceptable/functional work solely tocash in on your patients insurance plans.

Dr. Sean works absolute magic. If he were any better at his job, he'd be the tooth fairy. I live out of town and make the effort to come here because I trust him and his staff. I've been a patient here for over a year now.
I read lots of reviews and went to see a few other dentists before finding this place, so maybe I can save you some time if you're in a similar boat. Here are my takeaways from the search.
A good dentist will solve your current problems. A great dentist will solve your current problems and care enough about you to help prevent future ones. Honestly, in this area (LA/SGV), there's plenty of good/great dentists. But without spending a decent chunk of time and money, it can be hard to tell where a dentist falls in that range. Well, don't worry. Dr. Sean is a fantastic dentist.
In other words, he's a great dentist who's 1) legitimately invested in the field of dentistry and 2) an all around nice guy. Seriously. Follow him on Instagram, and you'll see that he's constantly up-skilling himself and upgrading his practice. He's also very friendly, willing to educate and demystify, and works with similarly friendly team members.

The staff is so nice and they do a good and thorough job. The wait wasnt very long at all which was nice. I wasnt able to catch his name, but the dentist was very nice and funny and he kinda made me feel more relaxed.

They waited until the day of my appointment to ask for all my past dental information like how is one supposed to have that on hand? I literally just got off graveyard shift smh now I have to come back next week with the paper smh already started on the wrong foot not only that the receptionist with the mask made funny faces while I was speaking with the other receptionist and thought I didn't notice, I did.
