Ive been coming here for a couple of years but mostly check-ups and regular cleanups. However, last time one of my really old fillings got chipped so Dr. K had to replace it. She is amazing - didnt feel any pain - not during the procedure and not after. I like the fact that theyre using modern tools in their practice like when they were showing the chipped filling on the pictures they took of the tooth. Overall, this is a great dental office with helpful staff.

Absolutely professional staff and excellent service. The office is clean and very high tech. Staff are compassionate and the doctor has wonderful bedside manners. I give this dental office 5 stars. Give this dental office a try and you will find out for yourselves.

My recent experience at this dental practice has left me feeling frustrated due to unexpected changes in my treatment plan and a significant discrepancy in the financial information provided. Unexpected Change in Treatment Timeline: Originally, I came in for a tooth extraction and implant preparation, with the understanding that I would address additional issues at a later time. However, during a follow-up visit, the treatment plan took an unexpected turn, and another tooth required immediate attention. This was not part of the initial agreement, leading to confusion and a sense of being rushed into decisions. Financial Communication Breakdown: A significant source of my discontent revolves around financial miscommunication. A detailed discussion with the financial manager occurred two weeks prior, outlining my insurance coverage and estimated out-of-pocket costs for two crowns. To my surprise, the costs presented on the day of the procedure were substantially higher than the figures we had previously discussed. This discrepancy has raised concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the financial information provided. Inconsistency in Information: What adds to my frustration is the inconsistency in information provided. The details discussed about insurance coverage and associated costs during our prior conversation did not align with the figures presented during the recent visit. This lack of consistency has created confusion and eroded my confidence in the financial aspect of my treatment. This experience has been disappointing, as I believe clear and consistent communication is fundamental in healthcare. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a smoother and more transparent process for future patients. While I understand that unforeseen changes can happen, effective communication is key to maintaining trust and understanding between patients and their healthcare providers. As you are contracted to accept Guardian HMO, it's concerning that there was confusion regarding my coverage. Furthermore, upon thorough review, I've discovered that the treatments Edwin mentioned as not covered by my insurance are, in fact, covered. This raises serious questions about the accuracy of the information provided to patients regarding insurance coverage. Additionally, it's concerning that you charged my insurance for treatments supposedly not covered, and also overcharged me. This practice is unethical and possibly constitutes insurance fraud. Moreover, despite multiple requests since December 2023, I have yet to receive my dental records from your office. This lack of cooperation is both frustrating and unacceptable. Given these issues, I have lost trust in your practice and will not seek dental care from your office in the future. I will be seeking assistance from relevant authorities regarding the discrepancies in billing and the failure to provide requested records.
