Youre better off with United Health. I tried to go to the emergency room and I was told patients with higher priority than me will be seen first. My wait time behind Medicaid patients was almost 3 hours. I pay for Kaiser, but I was met with a Medicaid office. Highly disappointed, I will not be choosing Kaiser in the upcoming open enrollment.

Terrible service during the pandemic, I had an appointment via video call, it was connected for two hours waiting for my consultation and they never called me, then they sent me some messages telling me that they were calling me and that they did not leave me a voice message because my mailbox was full, liars that I got courage the next day I went to a private clinic to have a consultation, tell me people if it is not depressing to be paying and not a little to not receive a simple consultation, in almost two years my primary doctor has only seen me once and this is what I am diabetic because otherwise I think I wouldn't have the pleasure of meeting him, that's right, if you want Kaiser's services, think about it.
