The owner was so irate, and he was so impatient on me getting my ID out of my purse. He was standing behind the counter, and was yelling at me, as his wife was trying to calm him down. He called the B word and yelled shut up! And slammed my already crush toe against the door. I called the ambulance to take me to the hospital and the police came over there to question them. I highly suggest you go elsewhere!!!!!!!

Do not go near these sleazebags.  We shipped a phone to Washington D.C. and it never arrived.  $153 plus the cost of the phone!!  After talks with them that went nowhere and phone calls to FedEx with the same result (all I was able to talk to was a phone center in the Philippines with no authority to do anything), I mailed the main FedEx headquarters in Tennessee.  The uniform answer was that I had to go through the local vendor.  Several discussions with this local FedEx rep - they took no responsibility for even filing a claim.  All I heard was how little profit they made on each package, they were not really FedEx (despite the FedEx logo on their business), the number of packages they have to deal with each week.  So disappointing that NO ONE would take responsibility for this loss.  It wasn't anybody's problem!  Just mine.  Unacceptable customer service all the way around!
