i love the baristas here at this location, they always get my drinks spot on. they are friendly and kind! my favorite starbucks to go to because they go above and beyond with customer service! my order is always made when im waiting in line! they are always on it !

Nothing quite like getting home & finding out they made your drink wrong. I even bought a pastry with it. Blegh. I dont have vanilla syrup in my house; this tea latte is terrible. I shouldve known itd be wrong when they asked me what milk I wanted inside it; I think this location just isnt familiar with the London Fog recipe or the baristas got lazy bc it started getting busy after me. Its steamed milk, not 2%. I wrongly assumed they were steaming the 2% milk.

The coffee shop down the street denied our service because we did not have masks on so we came here and they happily served us great coffee. 5 stars for their great customer service.

Nice Starbucks here at Vons Pasadena. Friendly baristas make you drinks to enjoy while you shop. The Pumpkin Spice Frappucino is very tasty.
