I decided to visit this location after months of putting off interior work on my car. Since I have a sunroof, I had a problem with the drain, and when stormy weather arrived, my carpet was completely soaked. After running around a bunch of body shops, I found Oscar here in Pasadena that not only got all the water out my carpets, but also referred me to another shop to get the initial issue resolved. What took me weeks to solve, took Oscar and his team only a few hours. I thank Oscar for putting me on some of the best work in Pasadena, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work that is worth your money.

I just received my car back after its first ever hand wash (my car is new) and WOW! Showroom Auto Detail exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First, I called and asked about what's best for my Tesla Model 3 (which has the clear wrap). Not only did they tell me what wash service is best, they didn't try to upsell me on stuff I don't need. They were incredibly kind and honest. They explained the value and process and I am so grateful. Monique helped me schedule an appointment and honestly my car looks amazing. Take your Tesla here!!!
