        If you aren't white nor Hella rich, don't come here. I don't know how people give such high reviews to this company. First of all, they are very pricy items here and they gave no care for their customers. There ain't enough product informations nor after services. They only put up this high-end attitude either you buy or not. Even when they recognized they didn't have customer service, they could be careless about it. If you have lots of money to burn please buy here. It is horrible that we have spent money here.

        Super cute location! I've never been here before and my handy man suggested we come, I am so glad he did. They have the cutest kitchens and goods here I highly recommend. I was looking for a bar sink and unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed but if I need something else in the future this place offers lots of detailed options. Not good for rushed jobs more for detailed planning.

        We are very disappointed with the level service we received at Snyder Diamond. our family has purchased from SD for years and spent a great deal of money at their Santa Monica store.We embarked on a remodel in October 2022 and advised them of a specific timetable in advance and asked to purchase products that were stocked and readily available.Now two months after placing orders they are telling us they do not have stock and are blaming the delay on us for ordering during the holidays and advising us now of Cal compliance issues. Why did they not know about compliance issues when they sold us the product? They made no effort to apologize, find solutions or offer concessions to make us a happy customer.We will definitely use Ferguson/Build.com in the future. Ferguson shipped on time, offered excellent service and made us a happy customer.Very disappointed!
