        Please do your self a favorite and stay away from this location , really bad customer service , staff there are not polite and the are unprofessional,, please , please dont visit this location

        My experience was very pleasant I was assisted by the branch manager first who then asked the Financial Solutions Advisor Tanya to further assist me, she was able to help me right away even without having an appointment. Very professional and helpful. I appreciated the time and effort they spent with me.

        I understand people only go online to leave a review when they've had a bad experience (typically) and after reading the years of reviews left at this branch, I was actually terrified to have to deal with a teller due to a lost debit card (i.e a problem customer). What I actually witnessed was the opposite. They helped an elderly lady that was new to the whole chip system on her card and I was helped out by the wonderful teller, Rita. So there you go. A good review! Now don't mess it up or I'll come back and change it
