        Got stood up for an appointment by Joshua. Didnt receive a call, voicemail or email that he would not make it. Found out when I arrived for the appointment.

        Went to this bank for a quick money order, as soon as I entered the older Hispanic lady did not acknowledge me or greeted me, she knew I was standing in front of her, then I walked to the younger lady/teller, this girl was just not professional rude, they should educate their staff to greet people and be polite.
