The Encore Apartments

It was not a good place to live. Two cars were stolen while I lived there. Other cars were vandalized. The building superintendent was not responsive when you emailed or called in a repair request. So I moved to another apartment in Pasadena a mile away and I have been much happier. It also took several months and repeated calls before I got my security deposit back and they deduct a large amount for repainting. However, many stores and restaurants are a short walk away.

I have been living here for two years now and I definitely had great experience. The apartment is clean and quiet with the beautiful view from the window. Especially with the new community director Louise, living in Encore is even better now. She is very professional and passionate about managing the apartment, a lot of things have improved and are still ongoing after she got here. I strongly recommend living here!

Nick (community director) and Alberto (handyman) are the A-Team. Nick is professional, patient, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate our move and to ensure were comfortable and everything was working properly after we moved in. He was honest when the AC coils had to be replaced prior to the move and worked his magic to have AC Techs come in on a HOLIDAY! He is easy to communicate with and responds in a timely manner. He doesnt beat around the bush or make excuses. He focuses on the issue and works towards a solution, while valuing your input. Alberto does it ALL! He is efficient, professional and takes pride in his work! My light bulb, sink, window fixture and leaky shower head was fixed the NEXT day! Nick or Alberto let us know when to expect them the day prior, so my sister can plan her virtual meetings accordingly. My sister and I could not be happier! We are in a safe, conveniently-located and beautiful unit. Our pups also felt right at home.

Beautiful apartment homes and the location could not be better. Nickel the Community Manager is always professional and friendly, he genuinely cares about this community and providing superior customer service. Highly recommend living here!
