Alyssa, from the Leasing department, is very professional, considerate, and helpful, particularly to the elderly. I recently had a move and Alyssa walked me through the whole process and assisted with any required documentation. She worked hand in hand with my assistant to make sure I didnt miss any deadlines and provides excellent customer service to residents. She always greeted me with a smile and was eager to assist.

I have been here for a year+. The community is nice and secure but essex management is terrible and they will try to rip you off in every way possible.

The Stuart at Sierra Madre was a great place to call home for several years. Marjorie, Victor, Robert, and Alyssa were all great. They were always so kind, helpful, and made our stay better. Theyre also great with dogs and our dog loved them!! Were very grateful for the team.
