My sister's Heater and A/C never worked correctly since her house was built. Here house was built around 10 years ago and never said anything to the builder. I hired Ricardo to come and take a look. He found multiple things incorrect with the installation and fixed them. He was reasonably priced. I hired Ricardo the first time when my A/C unit went out. I always will call Ricardo if I have a Heating and A/C problem.

Ricardo at Multi Air Service is simply THE BEST!!! I am in disbelief at how amazing Ricardo truly is. I called him on the New Years Holiday and not only did he call back within minutes, he also came out the SAME DAY and FIXED an issue that I have been having for several months! Just like my fellow Yelpers have described, Ricardo explained the "why" and "what" he planned to do and even showed me prior to fixing the issue with my heater. It's worked better than it has ever worked before. If I had known Ricardo before I had other Heating & Air Technicians, I could have bought myself a nicer Christmas present with the money I would have saved, lol. Ricardo is simply THE BEST!!!

My 95 year old mother in law's heater stopped working in her +80 year old home. I checked Yelp and found Ricardo at Multi Air Service and read all his 5 star ratings. I called him and although he was very busy, he came the next day to diagnose the problem. He was methodical in analyzing the problem and determined it was a bad circuit board. He ordered it and was able to install it a few days later. I could not be happier! What a great experience to find someone who is a professional, follows through, and does what he says he is going to do! All at a fair price! He is a really nice guy also!

I don't really know why he is getting such stellar reviews. I think Ricardo is very friendly and responsive with communication, but I don't think he knows much about AC repair. The fan on our AC unit wouldn't stop running and I asked Ricardo to come out to see if the fan switch just needed to be reset. He came out and decided that we needed a new circuit board. Then after a while the fan had the same issue-so I called him again to see if he can look at the problem again. He said he would stop by, and didn't. Then he told my wife he would be here in the am, instead arriving at 5p. Then told her a bunch of stuff about air filters and thermostat that had nothing to do with the fan running issue. And finally he found a SECOND circuit board that needed resetting and that's finally what he did. So all of that unnecessary time wasted and random things that didn't need fixing, all because he didn't know what to do. And he charged me for all of it. Not impressed.
