Ordered RPWFE replacement filters for my GE. The ones I got did not fit in my fridge. Asked for return instructions. They told me to keep the filters they sent me and promised me a 60% refund. This was 20 days ago and despite my continuous follow up, never received the refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.

Like all the other reviews here, I ordered without looking at the reviews first. The filters I ordered and received were counterfeit. Do not order these, save the time and hassle. They were a very similar filter with a lookalike label but they did not have the chip. Without the chip they disabled the water dispenser causing it not to work.

Scam site that sells knockoff filters from China without the chip. Filters dont work. They do not respond to customer service to return product.

Buyer beware! This site sells counterfeit filters. I purchased GE RPWFE filters, which are supposed to have a chip. The filters I received (drop shipped directly from China) are labeled as GE, but do not have the chip, so they are useless. I contacted the seller and they would not agree to a full refund, knowing they sold me counterfeit items. Other reviews say the same thing. I wish I had read them prior to purchasing. Do not buy from this seller!
