i have been a customer of this bank for over 20 yrs.  i thought it was a good bank until they tried charging me for a returned item that they never even tried to cash from  (us bank)first they told me the payers acct number was not legible, then they said it was nsf. so i called us bank and come to find out  banc of cal. never even tried depositing the check into my acct.with that said i certainly will be closing out my acct w/ banc of cal.  and that is how they treat a customer of over 20+ years!good job boc real good job!!!
