        I would encourage anyone who does business with this company to have a contract. The work was everything we expected but the verbal agreement was they would work for 3 1/2 days and they worked for only two days. The owner came up with several reasons why he didnt feel he needed to stay as long he said. He did take $500 less but we still felt like he didnt honor his end of the deal.
