0 stars - Office staff are dishonest as they have lied to mine and my husbands face saying they will fix billing issues. They were to fix these issues in Dec 2023 and did NOT, they completely ignored the issue. I was also told in Jan & Feb 2024 they'd fix it, nothing was done. I don't believe they ever had any intention of dealing with this issue at all. I was put off many times and had to keep calling, always being told their too busy. I had to keep calling to get my work finished too, they kept forgetting about me, and denying it. They completely blew the transfer of records from Oroville to Paradise (a staff member I spoke to agreed with me). I have allergies, and at my last appt the tech was going to numb me with what I was allergic too until I said something. Apparently my complete chart and treatment plans were not transferred over, kind of scary, but partly explains the billing issue they refuse to fix! I'm posting here because calling will get me no where.

Hanosh & Hunter. Her name is Sammi and she works her magic at Hanosh & Hunter Dentists in Paradise. Up until today, in my 80th year, I had never heard of an RDAEF2. She is one and a darn good one at that! 40 years ago, after completing orthodontia, a retainer wire was installed on the inner side of my lower front teeth where it remained until about 4:30 pm today. I bit into a piece of black licorice and ouch, something pierced my tongue! The wire had become dislodged from one side and stuck in my tongue. I managed to pull it out and dangle the loose end out the front of my mouth. It was too late for my regular dentist in Oroville and tug as I might, I could not pull the wire out from its fastener on the other side. With gobs of half chewed licorice dribbling down my chin, what to do? Go to the Ace and buy a small wire clippers? Then I remembered Hanosh & Hunter whose offices I drive by almost daily. They close at 5, I walked in at 4:45, and due to the kind professionalism of the front office staff and Sammi, the wire and all the worn fasteners were removed. Then, they refused my offer of payment! Needless to say, I owe them, and Sammi, a great debt of gratitude! Truly wonderful people.

This dental corp is in the business of selling crowns. Watch out. Buyer beware. This dental corp sells crowns as a solution for about any problem. They wanted to crown 5 of my teeth after an exam! Went else where and all problems solved with fillings. The female dentist I saw could not finish the root canal she did on me! During the visit her assistant could not find proper equipment. Worst experience ever here. Get a 2nd opinion if you decide to use this office.

The whole team is AMAZING! I have severe dental anxiety. I usually start crying in the parking lot. By halfway through the appointment - I'm feeling much more calm and relaxed. It's amazing to have my anxiety actually decrease during a dental visit. I can't express how grateful I am for their patience and kindness. Also, they are amazing at what they do - my teeth look great and I never feel any pain.
