        When my second appointment was booked, I drove from Chico to Paradise. When I got there nobody was there. I was booked on a day that They werent even open. The next appointment that I had I waited in the waiting room for a little over an hour. I finally got up and asked why everybody that was coming in after me was being seen before me and they responded with. Oh, we lost your file. They looked around but They literally could not find my file. I drove from Chico to paradise to sit in a busy waiting room for over a hour just to have to reschedule. Im curious what my next appointment will be like
