We were fortunate to have been referred to Judy through our wedding planner. Not only was her work exceptionally beautiful, but she was kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We knew we were in good hands but were still in awe when we saw her work on our wedding day. Her flower arrangements were stunning, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were at our wedding. Thank you, Judy, for your work. You are beyond talented.

Judy at Enchanted Garden Floral Design was so amazing to work with for my wedding. I came in with a lot of ideas, but hadn't found one picture to totally encapsulate what I wanted. She blew me away with her knowledge and specificity. My flowers were so so incredible! She did such an awesome job! She is highly responsive/communicative and just so easy to work with. I'd talked to a few other florists before her and found them flaky and overpriced. She was so organized and sweet! I am so glad I found her.

The last year (with COVID-19) has been incredibly hard on all of us. Brides, and vendors alike. I arrived at EG Design via a referral and I was so excited to work with Judy. I absolutely loved her work. Our wedding was supposed to be in May of 2020, but that had to be canceled. We then tried for February and then June of 2021, but we received word from our wedding venue that those dates would not work either given the severity of the situation still looming in LA (& government regulation on gatherings). We ultimately made the painful decision to cancel our wedding. It felt like too much of a risk to the health of our friends, family, and vendors to try and host a party this year and we no longer even live in LA. We reached out to all of our vendors, and all of them completely understood our situation, and ultimately agreed to give us the majority of our money back. All with exception of EG Floral Design. I completely understand that there is loss on all sides, but no work has been rendered. No flowers have been ordered, no vases, nothing. We didn't even meet yet to plan out the arrangements. We had a lot of money in the pockets of many vendors who haven't done a thing for our wedding yet. This gave vendors a lot of power, but thankfully the majority of our vendors went above and beyond to make things right. Knowing the hardship the pandemic has had on small businesses, we simply asked Judy to meet us in the middle, and return half of what we've paid, but she just wouldn't. After a lot of back and forth, she finally gave us back 400 (out of the over 1500 we already paid. This isn't a review based on the work of EG Floral Design, which I know is beautiful. This is a review on how a vendor responds in a moment of crisis like the moment we are in and I feel that Judy failed to meet the moment and do right by us.
