After living here for the last 2 years I would like to share some of my experiences and highlight them here.
Coming from Sherman Oaks this area was way more diverse (even run down in parts) but this particular apartment complex felt different as soon as I stepped in.
There is a gated area that leads to the back and is always kept tidy. You'll never find trash on the ground and all of the trees and bushes are maintained weekly. The landlady lives on the property and the security surveillance is 24/7.
Maintenance requests are promptly resolved, yearly inspections for pest control measures are strictly enforced, and it is a peaceful/quiet environment to live in both day and night.
The on-site laundry always worked and residents were friendly. The community that has been fostered here is respectful and mindful of your space.
I would suggest this place to anyone with a partner to a small family, or even if you're on your own. Not having to worry about parking your car when you arrive home everyday and knowing that it is safe along with your belongings truly makes it worth every penny.
I am happy to have spent the time I did here and would love to do it all over again. Say hi to Leonor for me if/when you meet her!

I just moved out of Tobias Villas and here is my review...drumroll please....lol... Overall, it's a great apartment complex!
The pro's:
The apartment manager is very friendly, helpful and always available. It's a very secure building and they watch the cameras! The parking is also behind the gate so your car is safe. The apartments are big and spacious and they have central air, nice new appliances and nice vertical blinds on the windows. I have been told that the neighborhood is "bad" but I never witnessed any criminal activity. There are numerous delicious taco trucks within walking distance and public transportation is very close.
The con's:
There is only parking for 1 vehicle and that shouldn't be a huge issue cause other cars can park on the street...but wait...there is NO parking on the street ever!! It's never available so don't even try. It's super annoying when you want to have company. When you move out, don't take the electricity out of your name right away because it will delay recieving your deposit back.
Overall, it's a great apartment complex with amazing management!!

This property is clean, quiet, and what certainly stood out the most, was how well kept the landscape was; so it was apparent the management took pride in keeping the place spectacular!
