        You can hardly call this a park. Maybe a trail, that doesn't go anywhere. It does have a decent view, but certainly not the best on the mountain. I don't see why anybody would give this s give Star rating. There is not even a bench to sit on. I was highly disappointed. Some raw land between houses is s more accurate description. Dog-friendliness: You could walk your dog here. But I wouldn't go too far to do it.
