        I had purchased a Kathy Wingert guitar secondhand. She warrants her guitars to new purchasers for life, but she has treated me like her best customer. The tuners on my guitar weren't up to the task; they were Grovers, so excellent tuners, but they must have been from a bad batch. Kathy had sent me a new set of tuners, sight unseen. I've had another small issue, very common, and she's taken care of it gratis. She not only creates some of the finest, best sounding guitars on the planet, she supports her players/customers fully. Other business should take note. Ten stars if I could.
