Feels more like buying a car than going to a medical provider. The dentists are knowledgeable and seem great but their billing department is not transparent and the billing manager belongs at a car dealership. Was told my out of pocket after insurance would be about $2,000. There are no co-pays even near that on my insurance, so I left. I called my insurance to ask about other provider options and they said all should be about the same. When I came back to ask for the paper with the dental codes being used they could not be readily provided or printed out, only presented by the billing manager which should not be the case if they are keeping this in the system. The dentist himself could not even access it even though he tried. Same experience with my last visit for a cleaning. The hygienist was excellent. The billing manager was unable to give me simple print outs to review, but forces you to sit with her and listen to the sales pitch.

There are better dentists in the area with more reasonable prices and nicer facilities. I have dental insurance that covers cleaning and routine care. They still charged me $250 for a cleaning. Additionally the front desk staff was a bit rude. Two stars because the dental hygienist did a fine job cleaning my teeth.

Dana and George, the hygienists, are personable and kind. They are informative, gentle and thorough.
