Ive bought and sold a few houses in the South Bay over the years, and have worked with several agents. When it came time to sell my house this time I chose Neil and Anand because of their familys reputation. These two are excellent agents in their own right; extremely professional, and importantly for me, calm and direct and straightforward. They were extremely attentive and responsive during the whole process. Also, importantly, they have relationships with many agents in the area, as well as painters, contractors etc. which really streamlined the process of preparing and marketing the home. I am very impressed with Neil and Anand, and very satisfied with the whole process. I would not hesitate to engage their services again in the future, and recommend them as agents without hesitation.

Neil Chhabria is a wonderful agent!! He is professional, personable and dedicated to our best interests. As a South Bay resident himself, Neils experience and knowledge of the local real estate market is impressive. He was able to zero-in on what was most important for us. He managed to deliver us the perfect Beach House. Neil is always available and is quick to respond to our phone calls, emails and texts from starting the house-hunting process through receiving our keys. As this was not our first time buying a house, this was a challenging time to be in the real estate market. I have been in the Palos Verdes area for almost 20 years. When I was looking for a home in the area, more than several people recommended Chhabria Real Estate Company. Raju Chhabria was fantastic and understood our needs. We bought, rented, and sold the house through Raju. 20 years later, I still trusted them to put my house on the market. This time, Neil and Anand, Rajus sons who are now running the business, helped and sold my house in 2 days. We met and talked many times about the market conditions, pricing strategies, and how to best get the house ready for sale. They were involved in every step and made themselves available early morning or late at night, they were always available to help and guide. Both Neil and Anand are professionals to the highest standards. They came to my house for every event - inspections, repairs (big and small), cleanups - and advised us to only do things that were absolutely necessary, helping us to save money. After we moved about 80 miles away, they were nice enough to take care of some of the items that we left behind. Hard to find people who will do so much for you. They are fantastic people.
