Kevin is the best. Just had my bike serviced. I had a charging problem. I also needed brakes from & rear. My stator was bad . I had him put in a new factory one and a new rectifier. Oil change filter, & and new brakes. Getting ready for a road trip to Washington. Thanks Kevin She runs like a brand new bike. I would highly recommend McCarthy to service or work on your bike. I will be back for service and any other work that my bike needs. One thing I forget to say is, My Bike is part of my freedom. Going down the road know that I don't have to worry about anything Kevin repair or serviced on my Bike. Peace of mind is worth the word to me , Thank you for the many great memories & miles I have in front of me.

Dropped off a piece of equipment for evaluation and repair, last fall. Last fall.... Checked on it a few months back. Guy said he was busy, lost my contact info. In the spirit of good faith, I left it there hoping he would contact me with news. Never happened. Picked up my equipment only to be told he was busy and it needed a part replaced. Must be nice to turn away business. If there were zero stars, that's what I would give. Go somewhere else.

They took care of me today! I randomly picked McCarthys on google and took my generator there to get troubleshooting done and they gave me a time when they would be done and they stuck to their timeline and they charged me a lot less than I expected. They were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely work with them again.
