Reliable Pool Service

At first he seemed very helpful... I had just bought a house with a pool for the first time so had no idea what to expect. He did services for about two months and the pool was a constant headache and never seemed to be clean. I followed all of his recommendations and even got a brand new pump and filter installed while he was servicing weekly. I don’t believe he ever swept or vacuumed the pool so it always looked green. He then explained that my pool was too hard to service. The first week I had a new cleaning company start it was crystal clear and the the bottom and edges were clean. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. :/ Services: Water treatment, Filter cleaning

Highly recommend Reliable Pool Service. Called Rick about a pool light problem and he was very helpful over the phone regarding how I might repair the problem myself. After several attempts by me and more information from Rick, I was able to actually solve the problem myself. Exceptional service! Would highly recommend giving them a call.

Rick and Mark are seriously the most professional, funny, hard working pool guys I have ever met. What a great team they are. Rick the owner of the company was outstanding in all the help he gave us from the estimate, phone calls, being on time, completing the work fast and honestly. When they were doing the job (Installing new piping and filter system) the care they both took to make sure it was done right and the time they took to explain the workings of everything kinda felt like winning the lottery. We appreciate it so much!!! Thanks guys! I honestly have to say these are the kind of reviews that are hard to write because the service was so good you don't want to tell everyone for fear of them becoming too busy for me to call again but they earned it and I wish them all the good fortune they can have. Rick and his partner got the job done on time, as planned, without a hitch. Very knowledgeable and great to work with plus good communication throughout the process. New pump and salt cell installed in a couple hours. No leaks and all integrated into my existing system. These guys know pools!

Rick did an amazing job opening my pool, cleaning and putting chemicals needed for start up. Next day, water is sparkling and system is running smoothly. I highly recommend Rick!
