        Terrible agent.  After 40 years with Allstate for homes (no claims) and cars (minimal claims), we are calling it quits.  She never gets back to us and her assistants, Shawn and Rachel, are not much better.  We've never spoken with her - she's ALWAYS unavailable.  Is she real???  I managed a successful organization for 35 years and these folks would have been let go for terrible customer service.  Wasn't this bad 15 years ago, but gone down hill.  We are done.  Look elsewhere.

        New owners switch and bait. 25 years with them and new owners are untrustworthy. Give quotes and change to something else. Two thumbs down. We moved everything to a different company.
