        When you are in need of funeral services because someone you have loved has passed away...Allen and Dahl in Palo Cedro will be there to guide you through this most difficult time. Janette was so kind and caring when we needed it the most. She walked us through the entire process without pressuring us into buying something that was not needed. Even after we made and paid for the arrangements for our dad, she made sure everything went as planned by being there after the sale! Being grief stricken is hard enough without having someone trying to nickel and dime you to death. Complete all the way down the line I give her and Allen and Dahl in Palo Cedro 2 thumbs up and a score of 10! Anything we needed we received. Customer service is still alive and well my friends.

        I lost my husband in March of this year due to covid pneumonia. We too had caught the plague as well and were quarantined by Shasta Co. I could not even make arrangements for my husband. Allen & Dahl were so understanding of the situation and made it possible for my Aunt to handle the services for us. They took excellent care of my husband and respected our final wishes for his arrangements. They also periodically checked in on us during our bereavement and provided suggestions for grieving programs. The staff were kind and patient with us. I highly respect and recommend this facility and I thank them for their services.
