        I cannot believe that the clothes are not returnable. You pay for shipping both ways or you can only get shore credit. Ridiculous!

        Dont expect good service here because the workers are all teenaged girls who dont really care about customer service, which is to be expected, but this Brandy always does have newer items and is always clean. The fitting rooms are nice as well.

        Horrible customer experience. Girls think theyre entitled, dont greet people with darker complexion which is hilarious because theyre Asian. I say this from experience, my friend and I walked in and not a single hi or welcome in but other girls walked in and they were welcomed with a smile. Who knows, they just need better education. If youre Hispanic or black , dont expect good customer service.
