I have been using Applova mobile app that they Branded for us the last few years with my food truck, and the customer service has been 5 star all the way recently we starting transitioning to a new POS system and Marshall was my rep and has walked me through the process all the way, I am very Happy With Applova they believe in putting their customers first. definitely a scam was painted the great picture by the sales rep only to find out it wasn't true and when i requested my 1800 back now i cant get in contact with anyone
Wish i read the reviews before hand take your money else where

We have been using the Applova kiosk in our store for 5 months and it has provided value to our store in terms of guests being able to see product images as well as expediting the ordering experience for regulars that are comfortable with the menu. Our CSM, Tessa, and the broader Applova team have been exceptionally helpful and responsive when their help was needed.

Very attentive customer service. Product wise, we use clover and they had options for us to use clover device and that was much cheaper option compared to their own kiosk. I dont know about the price now but when we started, it was definitely on par with their competitors.
When there were small issues, they helped resolved or customize the issues with their engineering team so Im pretty confident that the product will meet our needs and will be using it in other stores that we have.

Scam alert!!
Great sales process - terrible execution on the backside.
Poor communication.
Long delays.
You're switching to a new processor with this hardware.
Probably take your hard earned money somewhere else. This isn't the one for you.
