Update to respond to their response: I came into the process knowing nothing about web development - A FACT THAT I TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY. They took advantage of my naivete as well as the fact that they could see that I trusted their advice. I didn't know there was a such thing as "code" versus "no-code" and they never told me that no-code was an option. What they built - which I believed to be the ONLY viable route to developing a site based on their recommendations - is technically functional. But they designed something that requires $1000 worth of work from them to change even the tiniest thing. I told them I wanted something I would be able to manage on my own in the end, that I had worked in a CMS at a former employer and felt comfortable making changes that way. They told me "oh yeah, if you want to manage it on your own after that's fine" without mentioning that I'd need a team of developers to hard code everything!! Anytime I expressed reservations, which I did several times throughout the process because I felt something was "off," they reassured me and told me everything we were doing was needed. By the time I realized I would not be able to use what they built because it was completely inflexible and cost prohibitive to run, I had enough experience with Wix to basically recreate what they made for me and add so much more on top - for about 1/20 the cost of what they charged me. They intentionally misled me by never mentioning that was an option. I didn't know until I became desperate and resorted to building it myself.
Furthermore, I told them repeatedly that my company is self-funded and that my budget was very tight. I was willing to invest in what I believed to be a top notch website for my business, but ended up just throwing most of my savings into the garbage with this horrible company. They devastated me financially and it will take me many years to crawl out of the hole they put me in.

Yet, upon project completion, you voiced discontent regarding the development of the platform and, in particular, pointed out that you preferred no-code solutions. Please note that no-code solutions, while user-friendly, have limitations in functionality and application expansion. They are better suited for small prototypes, not comprehensive, future-proof solutions.At the project's outset, no preference was expressed for a limited prototype or plain static website with few educational videos; rather, you requested a modern solution with a user-friendly experience for lawyers with the ability to add complex features in the future (mobile apps, CLE, Push Notifications, etc.) which was done by our team as agreed.We sincerely appreciate your feedback, Kandice. Warning: Terrible Experience and stay away from this subpar, deceitful agency I recently had a dreadful experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. This agency not only withdrew payments from my account without my consent, but they also failed to deliver the promised fully functional app as per our contract for a fixed price of around $15k. I possess concrete evidence to support my claims. The incompetence displayed by both their sales, project management and engineering teams, left me with no choice but to abandon the project after I saw their incompetence. Despite the positive reviews and a claimed 100% completion rate, I found their actual performance to be sub-par. If you value your peace of mind and wish to avoid unnecessary stress, and endless scope discussions in the middle of project for no reason, I strongly advise against engaging with this firm. They are more adept at taking your money than delivering results, eventually ghosting you. This is a truly incompetent and unreliable company, capable only of handling basic, generic projects like landing pages. I had high hopes based on their initial promises and positive reviews, but it quickly became apparent that they are nothing more than a subpar, deceitful firm. They make false commitments and manipulate information. Despite my efforts to maintain a good working relationship, their incompetent team created chaos and stress throughout the project. Despite providing detailed design files and excel documents, their responsibility to write a proper specification and later executing on it was poorly executed. The project faced resistance and unnecessary delays from their project managers, sales leading to a two-month setback. Despite acknowledging the incomplete work, they shamelessly requested additional funds, eventually ghosting when unable to deliver. Furthermore, it's worth noting that this agency falsely claims to be US-based, engaging in unethical practices such as lying and manipulating information through various communication channels. I have ample proof of their deceptive actions in chats, emails, and calls. In conclusion, if you want a successful, on -time project delivery, stress-free project, steer clear of this agency.
