ZenMaid has helped me grow my business, Clean Your Castle for years now. I couldn't have done it without them! Tech support is top notch and the system is so intuitive a non computer guy like me seems like a wizard! Thanks ZenMaid!!!

I hesitate to do any Google Reviews, I feel it can be a platform abused by clients. However, we have been users of ZenMaid for at least 5 years, and I feel our input may help clients make an informed decision ! Unfortunately, once you commit to a scheduling program, it is a lot of time, effort and money to switch. ZenMaid has an amazing program! I am sure their platform is one of the best . Theyre onboarding amazing, program itself amazing. WHEN IT WORKS ! Unfortunately, it is very very glitchy. What should take only a few minutes, can take hours because the program doesnt always respond. You constantly all day long need to close and open the program to get it to work. When you are paying office staff, ZenMaids non-response causes many extra hours needing to be paid out . Besides your own time wasted ! I also find there responses quite rude. Just as an example, Sunday morning, an important morning to double check the busy schedule for the crazy week ahead, as usual the program wouldnt respond. I reached out to ZenMaid, and this was the response: Hi Sandra, the system will speed up around 4 pm EST. You shouldn't see any performance issues on Saturdays anymore but Sundays the system will be a bit slower until we make more improvements to the performance. Please schedule your weekends accordingly No Im Sorry my apology - instead we need to change our scheduling . As I said we have been with ZenMaid for 5 years, have quite a large residential cleaning company . So obviously, we have stuck with them. But if you are looking for a scheduling program, yes they have a great program, its absolutely very glitchy ( be prepared to be frustrated ) and there responses can be very rude .

Zenmaid has been an integral part of my cleaning business. The software is affordable and allows me to use one system for tracking employees clock in/out, send employee job orders, communicate with clients, schedule and send appointment reminders etc remotely.
