        Have taken various pairs of shoes here for resoling, cleaning, and other assorted needs. Great service and good turnaround!

        I brought in a Louis Vuitton pouch with 2 broken zippers, the main zipper at top and a zipper on an external front pocket. I gave them the two original LV gold zipper pulls to place on the repaired zippers. They replaced the gold zippers with brown zippers and did not place the LV zipper pulls, which wouldnt have matched the brown cheap looking zippers anyway. I had also dropped off a Chanel wallet with a missing zipper pull on the outside, I had bought a gold Chanel charm for them to place as the zipper pull. They gave it back to me with a gold rectangular zipper pull on it. Very, very disappointed. I paid $325 and did not get quality work or the work I asked for. Never again.
