Alex & Kim are exceptional! If you have the chance to work with Heng Seroff, look no further. Not only did they secure one of the highest dollar per square foot sale prices in our neighborhood, the process was enjoyable and seamless from start to finish. We cant recommend them highly enough.
We met them when our mother was in her 90s, and started exterior renovations like landscaping and house painting with their guidance so mom could enjoy some of the updates during her life. Their contractors are talented and cost-effective, and the work was beautiful. When mom passed, we finished the renovations including interior painting, floor tiling and hardwood floor refinishing, plus updating the hardware, kitchen, and bathrooms. We loved working with their contractors because they have a longstanding relationship with Heng Seroff, and that contributed to a high level of quality control as well as easy and trusted communications.
Alex is a terrific designer, and buyers loved his style and choice of materials such as tile, lighting, appliances, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, etc. We also appreciated the thoughtful and creative way Alex and Kim assessed which renovations would most enhance the openness and flow of the house. All their suggestions were excellent. The finishing touch was staging (which they reimbursed). The end result was gorgeous and showed our house in the best possible light.
Alex more than delivered on his promise of at least 3x return on every dollar spent. Kim does a terrific job of translating everything into Chinese for their overseas contacts. The marketing was spectacular with professional videos in both languages, drone aerial shots, great photographs and maps, and engaging scripts. Then they distribute the marketing to their network of over 25,000 people!
In 8 days, we had over 2,000 views on Zillow, 15 offers, and the winning bid was 23% over asking. As we told Alex and Kim, there arent enough glowing adjectives to describe how delightful they are to work with and how happy we are with the results. You wont find a kinder or more talented real estate team than Heng/Seroff!

It was great working with Kim Heng for our first home. Throughout home buying process, she was available to answer any questions that we had and provided wonderful experience. She not only brings a ton of real estate experience but fundamentally she understands local market and does her homework and builds a strategy for her buyers to become seller's top preference.
She is honest and provides valuable home buying experience. Given a chance, I would choose Kim and her team again for buying in the future. I highly recommend having someone like Kim on your side for such processes.

Kim and Alex are fantastic, professional with extensive expertise and they are also such a pleasure to work with. They helped my elderly parents bought a house in San Jose to be close to us, then helped sell their house in San Leandro. They came prepared with great suggestions on how to improve and market the house because they knew what the buyers were looking for. Kim and Alex were so patient and flexible working with my parents' limited budget and put their mind at ease. They took care of selecting contractors, did all the schedulibg and supervised contractors' work. Alex even called numerous charities and arranged help to take away some of the furnitures my parents no longer needed.
It took less than 2 weeks from when they moved out to everything ready to put on market, and sold within a week of getting on market at a much higher price than my parents had imagined. Many of their neighbors/friends found it eye-opening and impressed by what Alex and Kim did. The closing process was also made easy with their patient explanation, frequent communications and attention to details. Alex even provided all the documents to help my parents to apply for Prop 19.
