I would highly recommend Sharon and Juliana to be your agent team. With their help we recently bought a house in Palo Alto, which is as you may know, quite the daunting task. From the very beginning, Sharon showed her knowledge and patience as we visited house after house. She knew just when to add her input and when to allow us to process; never pushy or sales-like. She assessed us very quickly and knew which houses were not right for us. The key value for us though was when we entered crunch time. At this point Sharon would gather intel and help us strategize on how to offer, with Juliana leveraging her experience and relationships as well to achieve the desired outcome. Eventually we got the home we wanted.As a nice touch, Sharon even continued to help us after the sale (the title company entered our names wrong).Highly recommended!
