If you are looking for a place that has the heat locked when there's snow outside so that you have no heat for your apartment of for warm showers for the entire weekend, this is the place for you! YOU will have to work with the utility company to get it fixed even if it was the previous tenant who didn't pay their bill! You will leave countless voicemails to the office and they will tell you there's nothing they can do! They will not inform you before signing your very expensive lease, that your apartment floods. You will call multiple times to have the issue fixed and they will constantly be under new management and all your requests will be lost! You will go TWO YEARS mopping your own bedroom and never using your second bathroom because the walls and floor have water damage from the flooding that is never fixed. No one at the leasing office wants to answer your call. You will leave countless voicemails. They will only tell you it is fixed and tell you, you will have to pay $2,000 to leave your lease. This is why you often have new neighbors. The dumpsters constantly have furniture and you begrudgingly do whatever you have to do to leave. In your contract, if you die in your home for ANY reason, they are not responsible for your death. If you are the lucky one to get a unit with an old heater and it smells like gas, please don't let them tell you it's fine. Call the gas company and make sure they say it's fine. And when the gas company tells you it's not fine make sure the gas company tells the apartment to fix it, otherwise they will just keep telling you it's fine. I have to do whatever I have to do to leave, but I'm sorry for any family that was "kicked out" or had anything sent to collections over this property group that takes little responsibility for the upkeeping of these apartments and townhomes. If you are considering this place, don't. It looks really nice and then six months go by and the PAINT comes off the counters. Your bathtub peels and rusts. It's just not worth it. I write this because I wish I knew what I was getting into when I signed that lease.
