Right at Home

Right at home is exactly has great service the caregivers are fantastic we need help and we used them for over a year for our family member so caring so respectful and responsible all the staff that we dealt with., but 3 of them were Jennifer,Medina and Sandra they were so kind hearted they treat our family member like their own mother. I would highly recommend and encourage everyone who needs help like we did to use right at home services. Because they are extremely caring human beings we were so grateful for everyone that supported as on difficult times.

Our introduction with Gulraj Shahpuri was very pleasant as he took the time needed to answer all of our questions & introduce us the services that we could expect to receive. Gulraj did not stop at the introduction as he continued interacting with us for the entire year we used their services 24/7. He was an extremely caring person who works tirelessly to please the client/patient and caregiver all at the same time which is a most difficult task at best ~ but he managed with flying colors.

Finding the "right" caregiver for our 91-year old mother was a daunting task, but Right at Home made it seem easy. We contacted several care providers, but Right at Home was above all in making us feel comfortable that they cared and that we could find a caregiver who wouldn't feel like a stranger in our mother's house. Right at Home connected us with Juanita, and she has been a blessing from her first day. She is kind, caring, smart, detail-oriented, and professional; she and my mother truly enjoy each other's company. One of our primary goals for a caretaker was help with getting our mother to eat more, and because of Juanita's help and diligence she has gained 10 pounds in less than 6 month. Right at Home and Juanita have not only made life easier for our mother, but easier for me and my siblings -- all of our lives have improved,

Right at Home healthcare agency did a fantastic job while I was in the Bay Area for some medical treatment. I needed very specialized care in that I had to lay flat on my back while being driven to various medical appointments and back to my hotel. Gulraj the owner was able to find me a caregiver who was able to not only care for me but provide transportation so that I was able to lie completely flat. The caregiver Kenneth was timely, warm, caring, and competent. Gulraj was completely engaged with setting up my arrangements and making sure that everything went according to plan. When I needed medication picked up, even after hours, they were able to do this for me as an accommodation. I can't say enough about this company and caregiver. They were absolutely the best.

It is my privilege to recommend Right at Home In-home Care Givers in the Peninsula for elderly palliative and hospice care. The owner, Gulraj Shahpuri, is extremely compassionate, completely trustworthy and demonstrated the attention to detail and customer service that was well beyond our expectations. He personally went out of his way to visit our family, made himself available 7 days a week, and took the time to understand our familys specific needs. He consistently provided capable caregivers for my wife, during her difficult time in hospice. Gulraj made sure that all our needs were met and had staff that took wonderful care of my wife, allowing her to stay in her the comfort of her own home before her passing. This was a blessing to the entire family. We were completely satisfied not only with their punctuality and standard of care but also their genuinely caring demeanor.
