Should be renamed SIngle point of scam.
Everyone in the system is getting cheated but the owner.
The customer will be charged for hours beyond what the engineer has worked. The engineer will be shortchanged in the payment process.
Customers eventually cut ties and find a more reputable MSP.
If only this fellow had rich father, he could have become Donald Trump West.

I've had them as a vendor for my business as well working with them on many jobs. They offer great support from a pool of talented techs and if something goes wrong they go above and behind to resolve the issue. Their NOC was also English speaking, US Based and top notch which is something that you don't find often in companies.
