SkillsCloud, Inc. (dba B2B Cloud) is California-based company which drives sharing economy concepts to the B2B area.
Our core project, B2B Cloud-Workforce Sharing, is a web-based B2B platform where companies can share their under-utilized employees with each other. B2B Cloud-Workforce Sharing allows its users to:
- Publish information about their under-utilized employees
- Publish information about their currently unfulfilled tasks and projects
- Share/engage employees on a temporary basis with all related workflow automation
For companies that have a surplus of skilled labor at any time, sharing is a way to monetize idle resources and avoid costly and painful layoffs for temporary downturns in demand. For other companies, with unmet needs for skilled labor, the platform provides them with a convenient way to engage the talent they need to get today's projects done today, and without having to undertake the expense and time of hiring new people as employees.
