        WARNING Birdeye Extremely Unethical Company: When consumers search for a business there business profile ratings are filtered to only show the highest ratings so it appears businesses have no bad rating (1 OR 2 Stars) but in reality they have them and some have a lot and they are on the site but are not reflected in the overall rating deceiving the American consumer. DO NOT TRUST THERE REVIEWS nor should any business that has actuact integrity sign up for this service with this company. SHAME. ****Responding to Business Reply**** emailed person and never heard back. This unethical business practice was confirmed by their company support team. Everything stated is 100% true. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Birdeye!!!!!

        Not great in contact or answering emails. 1800 listed on Australian website is incorrect and comes up as a cancelled number. Completely oversold on product.
