        Horrible service. They would not even give an invoice containing shipment content or proof of insurance. Fred the Manager is rude to customers.

        Rude guy at front desk makes you buy his envelopes or otherwise he won't ship, even if you have the FedEx prepaid label.

        Needed to print a copy of bank statement for SSDI for the hubby. Very small, but no other customers, so I didn't have to wait. No problems logging in or printing. Did not need the help of the counter staff, but they did greet me and were very friendly. This will be my new go to spot for printing.
