I want to start off by saying I was put in a awkward situation with a real estate case that was forcing me to sell my home.. My attorney Garrett was very responsive and always there when I needed to talk with him. Although I eventually ended up selling I would definitely recommend Garrett for all real estate cases, he is very knowledgeable.. Thank you Garrett and you office for all you did for me

Mr. Cothran did an excellent job helping my real estate company with a squatter eviction during the eviction moratorium. We settled the situation amicably and within a reasonable amount of time given the circumstances. Highly recommended.

I went to Mr. Loa's office on yesterday. I had spoken to him or someone earlier that day. We made an appointment for 4p.m. We, my husband and I, went to the office and was caught in traffic. I called to let them know.  We made it to his office around 4:15pm.  I was asked to fill out a form. The furniture was old, torn, and very low to the ground. I saw a high chair with books on it.  I asked if I can remove the books because the couches are too low for us to sit down. I removed the books. I filled out the paper while my husband stood there and waited. I told the secretary my husband knees are bone on bone. So, I filled out the paperwork and gave my husband my seat. I stood there waiting to be seen. I finally asked, "What are we waiting for, are they not available?" She stated, "Your appointment was at 4 o'clock?" I said, "Yes, but we called.  Are they with someone?" A gentleman walked out of an office, literally next to the secretary's desk and said, I can see you now. I asked, was you there the whole time. He said, "Yes, I was checking/answering my emails." I said, "Seriously, you are checking your emails?" He said, "Yes." I looked at my husband and said, "We're leaving." I could not believe a lawyer or staff can be so insensitive. I guess his emails were more important than a new client.
