+lauren Machus Pick up times are an estimated time. You can’t expect the items to be picked up on time when there are other customers too. Your mom was not “nicely” explaining anything. She started screaming. At the end, your sister stole the flowers right?
Also just a reminder, if you make a false statement about a person to ruin their reputation, you can be sued for libel.

Really bad service I remember getting a jumper here and piñata. They brought the jumper color wrong and no stick for the piñata. I asked for the right color jumper and they threaten to take it and bring nothing back. These ppl dont deserve anyone's money.
