Very disorganized. They mixed up our files with another client. We ended up backing out of the refinance with Ryan Morrow and going with a company that closed us at the rate we were promised by Ryan when we first spoke. Ryan is great at first, you will find as things move along his people will ruin the experiance, mix up paperwork, and become unresponsive. Not sure if they are just too busy, but I would not recommend this guy.

Im so greatful for Ryan and his team, From the beginning when I wasnt sure who to go to or what to do with our first time home purchase. Ryan guided us and answered questions for me even when I wasnt sure I was going to use him as my lender. He shared all the wisdom he has freely. He literally cares about you and your happiness and reaching the finish line! I loved the little cartoon videos that he sends to make you feel at ease, I felt safe in Neos hands the whole way through. If anyone I run into ever asks for a lender I will most definitely send them to Ryan and his team they are all awesome and if I knew the names of everyone behind the scenes doing all their hard work I would mention them in this review to all of you Thank you Ryan for our gifts your awesome!!!!!!
