Counselors r decent but the girl who runs the desk is rude an always seems disappointed when clients ask her stuff

These lazy ass people in the front that answer the phones are rude. I go through enough then to hear attitude over the phone when trying to get help is CRAZY. I waited forever to get an appointment then when my appointment came they canceled it. Yes canceled it. They rescheduled it for 2 months later and when that appointment came they didn't have it in the system. Extremely unprofessional I wouldn't waste my time here. You hoes get 0 stars.

Caring professional clean . Counselors are kind and caring. Brandy runs this place very organized. They work with you and really are there to help you.

This place is such a joke like I cannot explain how much of a joke this place is specially the receptionist Rachel and the manager Brandi, specially Brandi!!!  They have no consideration about someone else's time they will waste your time and take about 20 minutes per person to get dosed the counselors will be 30 minutes late and still ask you to stay. And God for bid if you're not wearing a mask when sometimes the staff does not wear masks but if you are not wearing a mask oh my God let me just say that.. Rachel and brandi are miserable and hate their jobs so they like to power trip on people when people just want to walk in and out of there and not waste any time more than they have to.. It should not take more than five minutes to put a name in the computer measure a dose and give it to the person that needs it. But no they make that process so hard. And if you want people to wear masks then you should have no problem providing them!!!!! Buuut  no they make this a 30 minute wait every time and then want to blame you.. Some of the people in there definitely need to get some of their own mental health services!! Specifically Rachel and Brandi, specially Brandi!! They are the dumbest, useless, people in that facility!! They hardly do Their jobs are always late to clocking in and like I said before this should be a really simple process but they make it so hard I don't know if they have problems at home or problems with their husbands which I can say they most definitely do..or whatever it is but stay away from these idiots!!! they love drama and love to waste peoples time!! These dumb fks think that people go there to talk to them umm no!!! Hell no!! I want to walk in and out as quick as possible. And Rachel and Brandi will keep you from doing that because they feel worthless and like to power trip for $10/hr!!!!  Hopefully one day someone slaps the  dum b***** out of them specially Brandi she racist And will start drama with you for no reason and will also try to kick you out but she has no authority like that remember you have rights as a patient!! I hope Brandi finds the mental help she needs soon.
