Advanced Imaging Center

Waited 1 1/2 hrs to be told that they can't get a hold of their radiologist to give the ok to do the MRI. Then wastes another half hour to be told they still don't know so have to reschedule. Waste of 2 hrs. Our Dr called and they scheduled another appointment for the next week, then was called later that afternoon to be notified they can't do procedure in Lancaster. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

I feel very sad and frustrated with Advanced Imaging Center in Palmdale, CA. Today I had my appointment for ultrasound to check if I am free of cancer, but they cancel my ultrasound because they forgot to request my records. Last week I provided all the information and the lady who made my appointment told me she was going to request my records and she didnt request my record. As a result I have to cancel my appointment with my Oncologist.

I was super nervous because it was my first MRI and I get very nervous with IVs. But Carla did such a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease. She did an awesome job getting my IV in despite my small veins and my anxiety. She explained everything to me as she was going through each step and what to expect in the MRI. I really appreciated it! Thank you so much!
