My elderly mother was put in a room below someone with 3 kids, this was definitely done intentionally the stumping was for 7 days of stay the employees refuse to put my mom in another room the lady at the front desk kept saying no other rooms was available,they discriminates aginst certain people and needs to be investigated by Fair Housing, their customer service is disgusting take you're money else where the hotel is not safe. I want a full refund and an apology from this company I'm sure they will reply to my review with there fake apology.

Idk where to start , my sis had a baby in Lancaster I needed a place to stay , paid 89$ , horrible customer service , a lot of homeless & drug addicts hanging out in the lobby , Im from the hood but I was most definitely scared going to my room with all them in the hallway harassing me saying Im cute & what room Im goin to TF , smells like 100 cigs lit at one time , sheets nasty , room nasty and just idk this is crazy as Im writing this Im sitting on the desk in the room which is the safest place Im bout to get me coffee and drive all the way back home Victorville 1 hour away I cannot do this .
Rooms: Dirty smelly unsafe

Safety: Not safe at all

Costumer service suck . Its people talking loud and partying they only harassed me about my room . Its small roaches and bugs on the ground . The covers have spots on them and looks like the covers never been washed .

Very horrible service the rooms are horrible the air conditioner doesn't have buttons, the towels in our room were dirty when we got in her I would highly not recommend this place at all rather go to Oxford suits in Lancaster and the rooms are as thin as paper and the guests are rude and obnoxious and the staff are rude and very disrespectful honestly would feel there are a lot of health code violatios as well. The staff lady clearly over charged as well while as being extremely disrespectful.

This is a budget motel that's worth staying in. The front is always ready to help and really try to accommodate your needs and that's a whole lot more than I can say for other budget motels that charge twice what I pay here. I've stayed at least 9 times and the rooms are always clean well stocked with soft beds to sleep in. For a good night's sleep without spending an arm and leg pull in here folks!
Food & drinks: There's a fully stocked food and beverage counter in the front that is affordable and convenient when you're on the go.
