The male manager with the pink hair was racist and very rude to me, while I was purchasing products. I am sending a letter out tonight to the owners because something needs to happen QUICKLY!!!

They didn't have what I was looking for. This Ulta is never fully stocked. And when I finally found a comparable color of a lipliner I was looking for which the employee helped me find it was actually discontinued but still displayed! It took a long time to get someone to help me as multiple employees were hovering over one customer who they all seemed to know. I was there on MondayJanuary 16th in the evening there was boxes everywhere. I had to keep calling over an employee to help me again because they all kept going back to that same customer who was doing her makeup and talking to all of them. I really hate going into Ulta because it's always the same thing. Getting an employee to help you is almost impossible and even when you do they don't have what you want. Wanted something high end and she recommended some $8 lipliner. Like no thanks might as well take my chances and color match online.

My star should be none, this is only because of the hair service I got Jan 3,2024. My stylist was Carlos P. He butcherd my hair!!!! I asked for a bob with curtain bangs. And he gave me nothing of the sort. My hair was left with choppy short layers, long pieces of hair in the front and cut super short in the back. He said he's been cutting hair since 2006! It was like he just received his license the day before. He knew it was bad because he right away told me he'd give me a discount! I should have not paid for it at all! Almost a month later and I'm still fixing his mistakes on my own. I'm still upset to this day. So I'm here warning others to not book with this so called "stylist".

They lie that you have to provide a phone number to be able to return, but when you refuse to provide a phone number, they give you the receipt, and apparently, you can return. Be aware They sell your numbers it for marketing only!
